Before we collect a return package, your customer receives an email with packaging instructions. Through our modern IT platform, your customer can adjust the pickup date and the number of packages – everything tailored to their needs! If desired, you can also have us include your own instructions in the email.
Once the return label is printed and attached, we schedule the pickup on the appointed day. Our driver scans the label and takes a photo of the package, ensuring the return process is smooth and professional!
