"Every evening, we start the shift together, with the team leader distributing tasks. Using a handheld scanner, we first sort incoming goods, then load the trucks for the next day. We often work in pairs, which allows us to catch up with colleagues during our tasks. The variety of tasks is a big plus for me. I work 2-3 evenings a week on average, which makes it easy to combine with my studies.”
